OUR PROCESS

The Perfect Paint Job In Five Steps

STEP 1. PHONE CALL AND ESTIMATE SCHEDULED

Repainting your house with us and our process eliminates the usual hassles of having a contractor in your home. The only thing you have to do is give us a call. We’ll discuss the basics of your project and if we’re a good fit, then schedule the in-home estimate.

STEP 2. WE MEET FOR THE IN-HOME ESTIMATE

At the in-home estimate, we’ll talk about your project in detail. We’ll also discuss how you want to feel in your house. This way we make sure the colors you choose and everything we do helps you create that experience. At the end of the meeting, we’ll give you a clear estimate.

STEP 3. WE SCHEDULE YOUR PROJECT

Once you accept the estimate, we collect a deposit on the project and schedule the week of your project. Closer to date, we’ll send you an email with the exact start date and you’ll get to know your Project Manager. We’ll include their picture and bio.

STEP 4. PRE-JOB WALKTHROUGH AND PAINTING

Before laying a single stroke of paint, we’ll go over a detailed scope of work so you know exactly what to expect. We’ll answer any questions you may have. When we’re on the same page, the crew starts transforming your space.

STEP 5. FINAL INSPECTION AND WALKTHROUGH

Once the paint job is done, your Project Manager will take you on a final walkthrough, carefully inspecting every nook and cranny. We’ll make sure everything is impeccable and exactly as you’ve imagined it.

Bernardo and his crew are amazing! I used their services for the interior of my house before I moved in; it was a foreclosure and needed lots of help!

THE QUOTE: Bernardo made himself available right away to come through my house to get me a quote; a couple of other companies required appointments for the following week! He emailed me the quote that evening and gave me some tips on choosing colors too. The price was a little bit higher than the other estimates I was given, but with the 5 star track record on Yelp and the friendly and urgent service, of course I went with Bernardo–I’d rather pay a little more and get EXCELLENT service than save a buck and roll the dice for the result.

THE SERVICE: Bernardo’s crew were at the house early, before me! What an incredible first impression! The guys were extremely professional and took measures to keep the house clean while doing their work. If I had any questions they took care to answer thoroughly so I didn’t have any concerns about what was going on. Bernardo and his crew finished my 1500 square foot townhouse in a day and a half–with three different colors and high ceilings and doors included. I am a bit of a perfectionist so I went through each room after they finished so I could make sure everything was done well and there were no spots missed; everything was perfect.
